About

David & GunI have been a resident of Yakima County virtually my entire life. I graduated from Washington State University and received my law degree from California Western School of Law. I began my career in the Yakima County Prosecutors’ Office and have been in private practice for the past 22 years focusing on family and employment law issues, probate, and civil litigation. I am frequently in the courtroom, which has given me tremendous exposure and experience to the legal system. Additionally, I have served as Judge Pro Tem for Yakima County and have been selected by other attorneys to arbitrate or mediate a variety of cases. My legal and life experience allows me to be sensitive to the concerns people have with our court system.  I understand what the legal system must provide to its citizens. I promise to uphold the integrity and value of our legal system.
